What Is Jock MKT?
The simplest way to outline this is daily fantasy sports meets the stock market. You’ll purchase shares of players for varying amounts, depending on how much others are willing to pay for them during the IPO. Once the Live Trading starts, you can buy players that others want to sell or sell your players during the game. Once all of the games have ended, you will receive money based on how well your player performs compared to the field on the Jock MKT app for this week.

Top Player
DeAndre Jordan
Projected Rank: 36th
Jock MKT Projection: 22.02 Fantasy Points
This is a riskier play, but one that I’m comfortable taking advantage of because I think he can vastly out perform his projections if the minutes are there. Nikola Jokic is listed as doubtful again for the Denver Nuggets, clearing the path for a bigger workload for Jordan. He’s now played 20+ minutes in each of his last three games sans Jokic, up from his average of 16 minutes per game this season. Even with Jokic out, the minutes number is not 100% certain — seeing the 20 minutes two games ago — but the upside is clearly there with him logging 34 minutes in their last game. Jordan still has fantasy point per minute ability, and if he does happen to catch mid to upper 20’s in minutes he can put up a really nice score for his cost. He grabbed 17 rebounds in that last game, along with eight points. We have a conservative 25 minute projection for him tonight, but I’m fine targeting the ceiling output here and hoping for 30+. He’s also inside the top-30 in our overall projected players for tonight. Detroit is a bottom-ten rebounding team this season, giving him a further boost. Overall, this isn’t typically the type of player I like to target, but I’m very interested in Jordan on a smaller slate of games tonight.
