What Is Jock MKT?
The simplest way to outline this is daily fantasy sports meets the stock market. You’ll purchase shares of players for varying amounts, depending on how much others are willing to pay for them during the IPO. Once the Live Trading starts, you can buy players that others want to sell or sell your players during the game. Once all of the games have ended, you will receive money based on how well your player performs compared to the field on the Jock MKT app for the night.

We have officially launched our Jock MKT Projections, which can be found here. We have Vladdy projected as the number one overall player tonight, matched up with Javier Assad. Assad is a newly called up pitcher for the Cubs, but the results didn’t look great in his first start. He allowed over a 40% hard-contact rate to right-handed hitters, while striking out just 15% of batters faced. His most-used pitch in that outing was his cutter, a pitch that Vlad owns a 66% hard-hit rate against. He also has pretty much the best numbers on the Blue Jays against same-handed pitching, and we know has has big-time power. Overall, playing Vlad is no secret on most nights but I feel confident in him with him topping today’s projections.
