What’s up guys! Welcome back, we have a very nice nine game slate on tap tonight. I am here to breakdown my favorite cash game plays. Let’s get this W! If you have any questions just hit me up in the discord chat.
Centers
Sid Crosby– The top cash play at center, the Pens have the highest total of the night. The Hawks have looked terrible on the blue line to start the season off, they also rank dead last in expected goals against.
Auston Mathews- I will be playing Mathews tonight in cash, has points in his last 6 out of 7 games. The Leafs have a good total as well at home. Carter Hart has been getting lit up on the road and I can’t see that ending tonight. He’s a lock for me in cash.
Evgeni Malkin– Simply wayyy to cheap on DK. Just getting back from injury and is starting to look better and better each game. We won’t get him this cheap again guys.
Nathan MacKinnon- The highest volume shooter on the slate. I don’t fade Mack at home in cash games. He can exceed value with his shots alone. His usual line mates are still out, so more falls on his shoulders. Lock for me on both sites.
Sebastian Aho– The Canes have a high total, which makes Aho a good cash game play. He’s always popular when his team goal total is over 3.6. I think we can find other ways to exposure to this line.
Nick Bonino- Good value on FD, I always like this line in gpps. Gets time on the second power play unit.
Wingers
Alex Ovechkin- What can I say about OVI? My favorite stack of the night is the Caps 1. Extreme high volume shooter in a face paced game. The best power play in hockey, if I have the money to play him I will.
Alex Galchenyuk– Moved to the top line, also get minutes on the power play. Cheap way to get exposure to Crosby. I won’t fade him on either site.
Brendan Gallagher– If I was to play one Montreal guy it would be Gallagher. You have to love Montreal in this game at home vs the Kings. Gallagher is on there top line and skates on the teams top power play. Close to lock for me on DK.
Phil Kessel- Hasn’t been that great as of late, Kessel is still a high volume shooter vs the Wild who can’t stop anyone. DK only play for me. I also like Hayton for a cheap price tag.
Andrei Svechnikov- Will be popular on both sites again. I am not worried about his last game. The Canes have a high total and me fading Aho on DK means i’ll probably play Andrei. Top line and top power play unit as well.
Evander Kane– He does it all for the Sharks, I love his game right now. Has points in his last three games.
Oliver Bjorkstand- Skating on the Blue Jackets time line now. Has been a great value play all season. Also gets time on the power play. I won’t fade him at this price guys.
Matt Calvert– Great value, skating with Mack now on the AVS top line. Had 2 points in his last game, I don’t mind him at all today.
Defensemen
Doug Hamilton– My top overall play on the Blue line, what isn’t there to love about this guy. He runs the power play and skates heavy minutes for the Canes. Try and fit him in tonight.
John Carlson- Probably my top FD D-man, like I said I love the Caps tonight. I will do my best not to fade him, can hit value without even getting a point. I think he goes off tonight.
Michal Kemphy– FD only play for me. Simply under priced and has double digit points in his last three games. Skates along the Caps time line is a great bonus. FD lock for me.
John Marino- Top DK punt play for me, if your going to play Carlson or Hamilton you will need to punt your second D man. Letang is out and the Pens coaching staff seems to love Marinos play.
Roman Josi- Continues to the Preds best player has points in his last thee games. My third favorite blue liner tonight.
Shea Weber- Okay, I love Montreal tonight. Weber has been on a monster as of late. I don’t see any real reason to fade him. I will try my best to play him on DK.
Goalies
Carey Price– My FD goalie, lock him in.The Kings total is so low and Montreal should win this game. Shot volume scares me a little on DK.
James Reimer– I will have Reimer in my main fd gpp, the price is great and the match up is as well. I could see playing him in cash on FD as well. People will go here.
Frederik Anderson– I love the Leafs tonight.I think Philly can get some decent looks tonight as well. Like this play more on DK.
