It wasn’t a slate breaking day for The Cheap Seats in Week 15.
There are were just modest points from my three suggestions last week.
Buffalo’s Keon Coleman had a big 64-yard catch in the Bills’ win vs. Detroit, but he was shut out other than that play.
Denver’s Marvin Mims Jr. caught all four of his targets but only had 20 receiving yards and no touchdowns.
LA Chargers’ Stone Smartt had a nice line of 5 catches for 50 yards but also had a fumble.
Maybe this week we can deliver a GPP winner with several options available especially at quarterback.

Let’s into this week’s The Cheap Seats!
Quarterback
Michael Penix Jr., Atlanta ($4,500)
Penix Jr. takes over an offense with all the pieces to be successful.
Atlanta’s recent 1-4 run can be led back to quarterback Kirk Cousins. He had 9 interceptions and only 1 TD, leading head coach Raheem Morris to make the switch.
The Falcons have a nice one-two punch of Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier in the backfield, while the deep receiving corps is led by Drake London.
Cousins had thrown 17 TDs before his recent slide, so there is upside with Penix Jr. running the offense.
Wide Receiver
Malik Washington, Miami ($3,700)
Washington will benefit from Jaylen Waddle’s expected absence from the San Francisco matchup.
Washington has seen his role expand since Week 10. He has seen 18 targets since that time, including last week’s 6-target game. He finished with 5 catches for 52 yards as Waddle injured his knee and Houston slowed down Tyreek Hill.
Washington’s role should expand more with Waddle’s injury.
Tight End
Austin Hooper, New England ($3,100)
I’m going back to Hooper after the success I had a few weeks ago with him in as one of my The Cheap Seats play.
He continues to be a key part of the Patriots 1-2 attack at TE along with Hunter Henry.
Hooper has been extremely efficient, hauling in 18 of his 19 targets in his last five games. He has scored twice during that stretch.
New England should be trailing vs. Buffalo allowing more opportunities for Hooper.
DK by the Numbers
Week 15
WR: Keon Coleman 7.4
WR: Marvin Mims Jr. 6.0
TE: Stone Smartt 9.0
