The Cheap Seats – NFL DFS Week 15

If you took the average of my three The Cheap Seats plays last week, it would have been a good week.

But …

Seattle’s Zach Charbonnet carried the load with 41.3 DraftKings points. The back-up RB had 134 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns and added 7 catches for 59 yards in the win vs. Arizona.

My double-dip of Tennessee QB and WR of Will Levis and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine was a big fail. The two combined for only 9.92 points – nothing to help bring home a big payday.

Hopefully, you had a successful season-long fantasy season and started the playoffs without any players from the Thursday Night game.

We have only four weeks left in the DFS regular season then the playoffs!

Let’s into this week’s The Cheap Seats!

Wide Receiver

Keon Colman, Buffalo ($4,800)

Marvin Mims Jr., Denver ($4,000)

Coleman returns from Week 9 wrist injury after he was getting more involved in the offense. And he had seen 7 targets in his two previous weeks before the injury.

And he may be needed this week as the Bills are road dogs against NFC’s top team Detroit.

He does have the benefit of having Josh Allen as his QB and the Lions are a bottom 10 pass defense. And Detroit is also a little worst at home defending the pass (234.6) than their season average of 224.7 passing yards a game.

Mims Jr. has been making the most of his opportunities in his last three games. He has caught 8 passes for 198 yards and 2 TDs. He has 74 percent of season receiving yards in those three games.

Now the Colts come to Mile High with their bottom 10 pass defense. Indianapolis gives up 232.4 passing yards a game.

Tight End

Stone Smartt, LA Chargers ($2,600)

There is nothing better than cheap TE help build your lineups.

Smartt stepped in for the injured Will Dissly last week and filled in nicely. He finished with 3 catches on 3 targets for 54 yards.

Now, Smartt gets to face the Tampa Bay 28th ranked defense vs. TEs this season.

The Buccaneers give up 5.89 receptions and 70.5 yards a game this season to TEs.

The matchup is a great one to go along with a Smartt’s cheap price!

DK by the Numbers
