I still can’t get three big games out of my The Cheap Seats plays.
Last week, NY Giants’ Tommy DeVito was completely shut down by the Tampa Bay defense. While Washington’s Brian Robinson Jr. suffered an injured ankle early in the game and only played 12 snaps.
Dallas fill-in tight end Luke Schoonmaker scored a TD on a blown coverage to save his day with 14.5 DraftKings points.
This week provides with a solid group of players to pick our three plays.
The quarterback spot I may pay up a little bit but he’s still in the middle of the pack for salaries this week.

Let’s into this week’s The Cheap Seats!
Quarterback
Matthew Stafford, LA Rams ($5,800)
Stafford has averaged 281.6 passing yards in his last five games and now he faces a broken New Orleans secondary.
The Saints ranks 30th in pass defense this season, giving up 256.6 passing yards.
Plus, Stafford has both Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp in the lineup this week. The combo combined for 43.7 DK points last week in the Rams’ loss to Philadelphia.
The 49.5 game total is also the second highest mark on the Main Slate.
Running Back
Gus Edwards, LA Chargers ($4,300)
J.K. Dobbins was placed on the IR on Saturday. And thanks to the Chargers playing in the Monday Night game, Edwards’ price was decided before the game.
Edwards steps into a workload where Dobbins was rushing the ball 14.2 times in the five games before Monday.
Now the Chargers head to Atlanta with a point total of 47.5 points. Plus, the Falcons’ home field Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a dome.
Non-conference matchup in a dome environment means points to me!
Wide Receiver
Kendrick Bourne, New England ($3,500)
Most of the field will be going Carolina’s David Moore ($3,500), but I’m going to pivot to Bourne.
Bourne has seen 5.3 targets the last three week and he’s averaged 10.7 DK points the last three weeks. Moore has averaged only 9.3 DK points during the last three weeks, including last week’s 20.1 points explosion.
So I will go with the more consistent $3,500 WR with less competition.
DK by the Numbers
Week 12
RB: Tommy DeVito 10.76.
WR: Brian Robinson Jr 3.4.
TE: Luke Schoonmaker 14.5.
