Today I am jumping into a Thursday Night Lightning Lineup on OwnersBox. I am looking at three different lineups and which one I believe will put you in the green on Thursday Night Football. Lightning Lineups is a brand new awesome feature that allows you to pick one lineup to outperform two other lineups to make you money.

Lineup 1:
Joe Burrow, Trent Sherfield
This first lineup has boom or bust written all over it. Joe Burrow is looking to build off a quality Week 3 performance over the New York Jets. Now he will need to be on his A game against the undefeated Miami Dolphins. I like Burrow to have a nice game where puts up at least 20 points. Now Trent Sherfield is talented but hasn’t gotten going this season. So far this season he only has four catches for 22 yards. Given that Tua hasn’t thrown to Sherfield a lot this season it’s hard to take this lineup with conviction. For that reason, I pass on Lineup 1.
Lineup 2:
Tyreek Hill, Samaje Perine
Tyreek Hill has been everything as advertised since coming over from Kansas City. He has next-level speed that creates big plays after the catch. Having him in your lineup is absolutely massive. So far this season he has 317 yards receiving with two touchdowns. I expect him to have another solid game tonight in Cincy but Tua’s health is a concern. Now looking at Perine it’s all about maximizing his playtime. He has been a force in the passing game so far catching six passes for 55 yards. I don’t feel strongly that this lineup will be able to produce what it’s projected. For that reason, I am out on Lineup 2 as well and choosing Lineup 3.
Lineup 3:
Joe Mixon, Mike Gesicki
I love lineup 3 despite the lower projected score. Starting with Joe Mixon he was a non-factor last week in the Bengal’s win. He will be the main focal point in the offense for tonight’s game. I expect him to get a healthy amount of carries and find the end zone at least once. Also, I think Burrow will be dumping off passes to him given the struggles of the Bengal’s offensive line. Now with Gesicki, I think he also has a bounce-back game. He only caught one pass last week against Buffalo and will be looking to get more involved in the passing game. With Tua’s health, I think the Miami passing game will be a little more conservative tonight which favors Gesicki. So with that, I am choosing Lineup 3 for tonight’s Thursday Night Showdown.
