Over Under 2/2 – Los Angeles Rams/Arizona Cardinals
Jared Goff has struggled in 2019. He’s averaging 272.3 passing yards per game this season. He has similar home/road splits in 2019, as well. Surprisingly, Goff has only thrown for 293+ yards in 3 of his 11 games this season. With that being said, he gets an elite matchup this weekend. Goff will face off against the Arizona Cardinals. They are allowing a league-high 297.5 passing yards per game. Arizona is also allowing 8.3 yards per attempt and 9.0 adjusted yards per attempt in 2019. Goff has seen plenty of pass attempts recently, and he should find success in this particular matchup.
Kyler Murray has been enjoying an outstanding rookie season. He’s averaging 260.6 passing yards per game at home, as well. Excluding his matchup against the Carolina Panthers, Murray is averaging 282.5 passing yards through 4 home games. He has thrown for 241+ yards in each of those games, as well. He gets a tough matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. They are allowing only 231.8 passing yards per game this season. Los Angeles has seen a few easy matchups, though. Murray will continue to find success at home in this game. This total is a bit too low for his upside in a potential shootout.
