Josh Jacobs has seen a huge role in the offense over the last six weeks. In those five games, he’s averaging 100.8 rushing yards on 21.2 rush attempts per game. He gets an elite matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals this week. They are allowing a league-high 173.0 rushing yards per game. They are also giving up 5.2 yards per carry. The Oakland Raiders are double-digit favorites in this game, and Jacobs should see plenty of carries throughout the contest.
Joe Mixon has looked awful this season. He has seen 47 rush attempts over his last 2 games, though. He has turned those rush attempts into 180 yards. Cincinnati lost by 36 points last week, but Mixon still was forced 30 carries in that game. Oakland features a solid run defense, but they are allowing 98.4 rushing yards per game. I expect Jacobs to record 100+ rushing yards in this game, leaving Mixon to need less than 60 yards to hit this total.
