Slate Thoughts:
Alright, we are back tonight with a solid 4 game slate. We have some LPL powerhouses on this slate in RNG and TES. RNG are playing as good as anyone in the LPL right now, and come into this matchup vs. TT as massive favorites (-1100). RNG is going to be a team you want to load up on tonight. They should come in as the highest owned team tonight and have really good odds to finish as the highest scoring team as well. RNG will be the focus of my cash build tonight, and I will also have plenty of exposure in Gpps. One thing to watch for with RNG is their new MID Yuekai. Their is a decent chance he gets subbed out if they happen to lose their first game, or even if they win it. Just be aware of that scenario playing out if you plan on rostering him. He is a min price play on FD. The only issues with both TES and RNG are that they are highly priced, which makes building unique lineups difficult with them.
Next we have a Top Esports team that is coming into this series vs. LNG off of a horrible beat down by IG. I look for them to bounce back tonight and look like their old selves vs. a fairly talented LNG squad. TES lead LNG in just about all statistical categories, and also average nearly 20 kills in their wins, so they come with some upside, however their prices make builds very difficult. I do not mind getting to some TES tonight.
Finally we have DK facing off against AF. This series does not expect to very bloody, but with DK averaging the most kills per game in he LCK (nearly 17) they do present some upside here. I will limit my exposure to both of the LCK games tonight, but it does make sense trying to get exposure to either one of the LCK underdogs to pair with RNG, because I really do believe both AF and DRX are live dogs tonight. If I had to pick one of the LCK dogs to play with RNG I would slightly lean towards DRX.
Overall, I believe you will want to mainly target the LPL series, and if you stray away from those series, I would look towards taking one of the LCK underdogs in my short stack and pair the with an RNG, TES or LNG.
Good luck tonight!
My predictions for tonight are as follows:
HLE win 2-1; TES win 2-0; RNG win 2-0; DK win 2-1
Good luck tonight! Cores for both FD and DK will be posted on the site tonight.
