Slate Thoughts:
- Mad Lions are the biggest favorite on this slate at (-625) vs S04. S04 have been absolutely putrid this split. MAD should not have any issue running through S04. S04 average the 3rd fewest deaths per game in the LEC, so that could limit MAD Lions upside here. However, MAD average the most Kills per game in the LEC. They are by far in the safest spot for cash games on this slate.
- My next two favorite stacks come from G2 and RGE. G2 are favored in their match-up vs. Misfits Gaming, but will be without their ADC in Perkz. With Perkz taking some time away from the team they will turn to P1noy. This will not deter me from using G2, as they are still one of the top teams in the world. I love Caps in this spot and will have heavy exposure to G2 tomorrow hoping people are scared off of them due to Perkz being away. It would be hard to fit G2 into your cash game builds with MAD, so you may have to look elsewhere. The one place I will be looking at is Rogue. RGE come in as slight underdogs to Origen. I have went back and forth on this match-up, but the metrics back RGE in this match-up. RGE top the LEC in gold per minute, are top 3 in gold differential @ 15 minutes, and also #2 in DRA% and HER%. All the while Origen rank near the middle to below middle in the LEC in all of those metrics. RGE also rank 2nd in the LEC in Kills per game and while also averaging the lowest number of deaths per game. I like RGE to take this match, and their price on DK allows you to build some really strong lineups.
- Finally, I will look to get a little exposure to FNC. Fnatic come into their match-up with SK as decent favorites. FNC have really struggled over their past 4 matches, but I look for them to bounce back vs. SK. Now don’t get me wrong, SK is a live dog and I fully expect to get a share of them in big tourneys as well, especially with how poor FNC has looked over the past week. However, FNC need to come out this weekend and prove that they are still one of the top teams in the LEC. Unfortunately FNC are priced up this week, so it handcuffs you a little in your lineup build with them, but I still want to believe that the old FNC are going to show up this week. Rekkles would be where I start with FNC builds.
