Slate Thoughts:
- Tonight we have 4 match-ups, three of which look very clear cut, and one that looks to be a very closely contested match-up. First we have IG facing LNG tonight. LNG are one of the worst squads in the LPL. IG should be able to take care of business in this contest and sweep LNG. IG make for a great cash game play and are O.K for tournaments. I feel other teams on this slate have higher upside in tournaments. In my cash games tonight I will be looking at making IG my 3 man stack. Rookie and Puff are your obvious choices from this squad.
- Next my favorite team to roster on this slate is Sandbox Gaming. Sandbox have played extremely well over their last 3 series, with wins over KT, HLE and DYN. They finally have their coach back with them, and that has made a big difference. They will be facing SP tonight who have only won a single series and that came against HLE. My route in cash games tonight will be to pair SB and IG. SB will be my 4 man stack tonight in cash games, as I believe they have really nice ceilings and a safe floor against one of the worst teams in the LCK. Also, SB are priced very nicely on Draftkings, allowing for more optimal builds. SP also average the most deaths per game in the LCK. I see this being a 2-0 sweep in favor of Sandbox.
- Finally, T1 will be facing KT tonight. T1 have shown they can beat the top teams in the LCK, and have also shown that they can play quite poorly and lose to the middle teir teams in the LCK. T1 are coming into this series off of a loss to Dynamics. I expect this to be a great bounce back spot tonight for T1 and expect them to put up a very impressive performance. T1 lead KT in DRA%, GPM, gold differntial @ 15 minutes and also kills. I wouldn’t be surprised if KT were to take a game off of T1, but I fully expect T1 to win this series, I’m calling it a 2-1 T1 series win.
