Slate Thoughts:
- In cash games for today’s slate, it begins and ends with C9. C9 are obviously the top team in the LCS and they get a match-up vs. arguably the worst team in the LCS, Immortals. Get C9 in your cash game lineups, don’t overthink it.
- The two teams I feel that you can chose from to stack with C9 in cash are FlyQuest and Evil Geniuses. Both of these teams make sense in cash builds. EG will be facing DIG, and are currently the second biggest favorites on the slate at (-550). EG looked bad yesterday against TSM, but I wouldn’t let that deter you from picking them today, they are still a top tier team in the LCS. DIG has yet to win this split, and I don’t see that changing today. FlyQuest is the other team I will be looking at in cash. They will be facing Golden Guardians in what should be a little bit of a closer match-up than that of EG vs DIG, however, FLY is a top 4 squad in the LCS and have a much stronger roster than that of GG. I think MasH and PowerofEvil will lead FLY to a victory here. As of now I would lean to FLY as my secondary team stack in cash games with C9, but could see EG in that spot as well. If you decide to target EG I would start with Bang and Zeyzal.
- TSM looked really good yesterday, they were able to handle EG with ease.. Today they get a match-up with 100T who struggled quite a bit with CLG yesterday. TSM is starting to look like the squad that everyone expected them to be this split, which is one of the top 3-4 teams in the LCS. I love targeting TSM in tournaments today and will look to start my TSM builds off with Bjergsen.
