Slate Thoughts:
- First off, TES are playing tonight and are obviously the top team to target on this slate. Knight, 369 and Jackeylove are in great spots, and should be able to put up very nice numbers vs. an inferior FlyQuest squad. TES should carry the highest ownership on this slate. We have seen in the past that, especially with a best of 1 series, anything can happen. With that said, fading TES in tournaments tonight makes sense, for this very reason. If TES were to drop this series tonight, you would have immediate leverage on the field by fading them. With all of that said, in cash games you should probably make TES a priority in your lineups.
- GenG is my other favorite target tonight. GenG will be facing an LGD squad that looked pretty bad in recent contest, and now facing a GenG squad that is one of, if not the best squads in the world. Again, best of 1 series can be crazy sometimes, but I fully expect GenG to take care of business tonight and put LGD away pretty easily. Rascal, Bdd and Clid would be my top targets from this GenG squad
- Finally, we have DRX facing UOL. UOL is an interesting squad that has had a lot of success this year. They definitely are live dogs and I would not mind having some exposure to them. With that said, DRX is the more talented squad and in their own right had a very successful year. DRX may come in to tonight’s match with lower ownership, and I want to take advantage of this. I do believe that this will be a competitive game and could see both sides getting high kill totals. UOL definitely could win this game, and if they do I expect they would be one of the highest scoring teams on the slate. I will say DRX wins a close one here. Target Chovy, Doran and Pyosik if you are playing DRX
