Slate Thoughts:
Cash is going to be interesting tonight, because I feel like there are many ways you could go. All but one of these series should be very competitive besides one. T1 are the safest bet for a 2-0 sweep tonight, but they also come with most of their roster possibly being subbed out. With that being the case, I am probably going to be off of them for cash games tonight, and take my chances with them in gpp. The two teams I am planning on targeting in cash tonight are KT and TES. KT come in with advantages over NS in GD@15, DRA %, GPM, and KPW. NS also average nearly 18 DPL which give KT an even higher ceiling. I really like the prices we get KT at tonight and make for some very strong builds with TES.
With TES you get a team that rank near the top of the league in kills per win and and GD @15 min. They have shown some struggles this year, but are a top tier team in the world and should be on their “A” game tonight vs. a very tough JDG team. I expect this game to carry some fairly high kill totals making both teams options in tournaments. I love Knight and and Jackeylove from TES and would probably try and get both of them in my cash build. Again, I think that most teams are viable tonight besides NS and AF. TES do average 20 deaths per loss while JDG average nearly 20 kills per win, so if they are able to pull the upset, JDG could be the highest scoring team on the slate.
RA vs. RW is a battle between two very poor teams. Usually when we get these types of matchups we get some very fast paced, exciting, high kill games. Both of these teams lead the LPL in deaths per loss, with over 20 DPL. RW is averaging over 20 kills in their wins, making them very high upside tournament plays tonight. I believe that RA will win this series 2-1. If you want to go for the huge upside, low owned tournament stack roll with a RW/JDG pairing, and if both teams pull off the upsets you will more than likely be sitting atop the leaderboards. One thing to make note of is that QuiQui is the starting ADC for RW tonight, but listed as a SUP on DK. I think it is definitely an option to roster QuiQui as your SUP in cash games and surround him with TES/KT. It is not very often you get to roster 3 ADC. We had this happen a few times last split and it was a very effective method to take advantage of.
