Slate Thoughts:
G2 are -1200 favorites over AST and are a lock for cash today. They are a phenomenal team to target in all formats obviously due to the upside and implied kill total of 18. No reason to expand much on them, you should get 4 if possible in your main lineup and move one to find the team to pair with them.
IMO there are 3 teams that make a ton of sense to target and pair with G2 in your main lineup. The 3 teams I am looking into are FNC, MAD and RGE. FNC have the highest implied Kill total of the three and come with the most upside. After them it is MAD then RGE. The down side with FNC and MAD is that they both average a lot of deaths in losses. If they were to get upset, look for XL and VIT to have big days. Of the three teams, I feel like RGE offers the most safety. They are top 3 in Kills/gm, tops in DRA% and also lead the LEC in GD @15min. The price on RGE is high so if you stack them with G2 you will be looking at a SUP captain build.
I mentioned a few teams that could pull off the upsets above, XL being my favorite to upset. XL however, rank dead last in the LEC in GD@15 min and are in the top half of the LEC in deaths/gm. MAD should win this game, but XL are dangerous. Patrik and Czekolad are going to need to carry this team today vs. MAD if they are going to have a chance to upset them. I love the upside that a FNC/XL stack brings. On FD, MAD are wayyyyy to cheap and will be someone I target heavily there. XL are a team to target mainly on DK due to their pricing.
