San Antonio Spurs -1.5 vs Sacramento Kings
Tonight the Spurs will travel to Sacramento, CA, to take on the Kings, who are fresh off their big win against the 76ers. The Spurs come in on a roll having won their last 5 games and look for their 8th in last 10 games. DeMar DeRozan and LaMarcus Aldridge are both tied leading the team in scoring, averaging 21 points a game this season. DeRozan is also adding in 6.3 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game, while Aldridge is averaging 8.9 rebounds per game. Rudy Gay is also averaging 14.3 points and 6.5 rebounds as the 3rd key member of the team. The Kings are 29th in the league in opponents’ 2nd chance points and also 21st in defensive rebounds. This should be smash spot for Aldridge on the glass. The Spurs are 27-3 straight up vs the Kings in their previous 30 match-ups, including 14 straight before the kings won the first game this season back in November. The Spurs are 7-2 ATS on the road in their last 9 games. Tonight i look for Pop to look to expose the Kings weakness inside with Aldridge getting plenty of looks and also him on the glass getting rebounds and 2nd chance points.
