Thoughts:

Updates to come to this section as we approach lock so continue to check back for more insight.

  • Welcome to the NBA Playoffs! The approach here is a bit different as any game is worthy of a game stack technically, just cause the slate sizes allow any game that goes to OT (or more) can easily be the highest scoring game of the night & break the slate. It’s easier to make up with larger slates but when playoffs have limited options and value, any of these outliers can break the slate. This is a really interesting slate because it is hard to fit in more than 1 solid stud and still have room for another. I really like Luka but it’ll be hard for me to fit him in. Kawhi is also nice but again hard for me to afford him. I love guys like Tatum and Embiid as well, there’s just so many plays that I haven’t made a decision to just play 1-2 in cash yet. Might run multiple lineups today.
  • Below are the players I would consider in your “pool” tonight when building 3-20 lineups. These will be in order of my exposure %.  This is 100% the approach everyone reading this article should be taking tonight.  There are plenty of 3-max, 5-max, 20-max contests to enter.
  • The players I’m using in my “pool” tonight (outside of locking Murray & Embiid )
      • L. Doncic
      • K. Leonard
      • J. Tatum
      • K. Walker
      • D. Mitchell
      • K. Lowry
      • J. Brown
      • J. Clarkson
      • J. Richardson
      • S. Ibaka
      • M. Morris
      • J. Ingles
      • T. Hardaway Jr.
      • M. Smart
      • N. Jokic
      • A. Burks
      • S. Curry
      • I. Zubac
      • L. Williams
    • We’re still waiting on a few pieces of information, so keep your eyes peeled.
    • Remember to try to add as much correlation to your lineups as possible.  More games go to OT than you think in the NBA and mini-game stacks are an underutilized strategy in NBA DFS tournaments.  (Again, you can use the table above to identify the game-stacks I’ll be on).
