  • Hello everybody and welcome back to another DFS Karma Game Theory article! Today there are a couple things to monitor regarding injuries and COVID-19 protocols, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled. For injury news, please make sure to check our injury article here! This is a massive 10 game slate filled with a ton of great competitive games. There’s a lot to digest here but I’m just going to try to keep it as simple as possible. The biggest news of the day that we will be waiting on is Devin Booker (Questionable). Booker has sat the past couple games due to a hamstring injury he picked up a week ago. If he is out, we can go right back to Chris Paul in a great matchup vs a struggling Mavericks team. He put on an absolute clinic last game and he gets the same matchup tonight. It’s important that Booker is OUT for Paul to be in play. So make sure to monitor that news. That being said, let’s dive right in.
  • The MIN v CLE game catches my eye once again today- it was a fun game last night, and now they are playing each other once again on the second end of a back to back. Drummond is currently questionable, while Larry Nance Jr. is OUT. This could open up Jarrett Allen, who would be in a FANTASTIC spot vs the Wolves. Also, Larry Nance sitting out should open up some more time for Cedi Osman, who I anticipate should get the start tonight. Just keep an eye for the news here. If Drummond is out lock in Allen like stated before. Garland is also very cheap on FanDuel still.
  • The other game I’m loving is the Pelicans vs Kings game. The Pelicans have Steven Adams listed as questionable. If he is out, as mentioned in the NBA DFS First Impressions video, Zion Williamson could slide over to center while Josh Hart can absorb some minutes at the 3/4 position. This will also give minutes to Jaxson Hayes who has great numbers when given the time. Just keep an eye on the news here, but I am prioritizing De’Aaron Fox and Tyrese Haliburton from the Kings, and the entire Pelicans lineup is in play, Bledsoe, Lonzo, Hart,(if Adams out) Ingram and Zion.
  • Gary Harris has been ruled out- so Monte Morris, Will Barton and Michael Porter Jr. all receive big bumps in playing time. I like these 3 because they are usage players so more time on the floor means more chances of the ball ending up in their hands. Barton is my top value play of the day on FanDuel.
  • Some value plays I like today- Thaddeus Young, Xavier Tillman, Cody Zeller, Cameron Johnson (if Booker out)
    • Notes:
    • Will Morris start at SG? Or will they slide Barton to the 2 and start MPJ at the 3?
    • Cody Zeller is an elite play today again for his price… but will we need him?
    • Dame is elite once again and he can always drop 50 on any given night. However, this is probably the toughest matchup he’s seen in his last 10 or so games.
  • Guys who I will have exposure to today in no particular order, other than those in table above. (PLAYER POOL)

  • X. Tillman
  • Lo. Ball
  • B. Ingram
  • G. Antetokounmpo
  • G. Trent Jr.
  • A. Simons
  • E. Kanter
  • J. Allen
  • D. Garland
  • B. Hield
  • M. Morris
  • K. Porzingis
  • B. Adebayo
  • J. Butler
  • J. Grant
