Thoughts:
Let us start at the top without priority spend-ups. For me, I am looking to try and jam Doncic and Giannis today. Both of these elite fantasy producers are in dream spots. I don’t see anyone slowing them down today and the value should open up that will allow us to play at least one if not both of these guys.
Now to correlate these guys, we can look to complementary pieces that are reasonably priced like De’Aaron Fox, Buddy Hield, Richaun Holmes or one of Beal or Westbrook.
Doug McDermott and TJ Mcconnell will be asked to play expanded roles if Malcolm Brogdon is forced to miss time again. I like both of them in a matchup with San Antonio. If you want to correlate these pieces with a Spurs spend-up, my preferred guy is Dejounte Murray. Murray is an elite talent that stuffs the stat sheet, he is a potential triple-double threat every time he steps on the floor.
All of the Mavericks are going to grade out really well today. Maxi Kleber, and Josh Richardson are my favorite secondary Mavericks.
Dean Wade played 37 minutes last contest and got hot from three. I wouldn’t expect this every night, but this shows he has potential untapped upside.
Isiah Hartenstein is the other Cav that I will be looking to get into my lineups today, even off of the bench Hartenstein is still producing. He said that he learned a ton from Jokic in Denver and it’s showing.
