Thoughts:
Interesting slate tonight. There is still some lingering injury news, so make sure you are in our DFS Karma Discord.
Embiid is Q, he is having back issues. These back issues have kept him out before and this is a back to back for the Sixers. If Embiid is out, Howard would become an extremely interesting target on today’s slate.
K. Porzingus was ruled out, Jalen Brunson and Luka Doncic will look to pick up the scoring production. Luka is a priority spend up for me on this slate.
Tyler Herro will miss tonight’s game again. Even though Nunn is not starting, he is has been the biggest beneficiary of Herro missing time. He is still in play at his mid-range price tag.
Lebron James is just too cheap. We need to continue to invest in Lebron at these prices even with blowout risk.
Nikola Jokic becomes a priority for me if Jamal Murray is ruled out, he was a late addition to the injury report today with a shoulder issue that was clearly bothering him last night.
Chris Paul is a little risky playing on a B2B after being asked to play big minutes last night. Booker is out tonight so Paul could take on a bigger scoring role. Mikal Bridges went off last night and he is firmly in play today.
Zion is cheap and in a pace up spot with the Timberwolves. Without Karl Anthony Towns the Timberwolves are one of the worst teams in the league at protecting the rim.
Rudy Gobert and Bam Adebayo will be lower owned today and they’re both two great GPP targets that have massive upside and the ability to stuff the stat sheet in multiple ways.
Bey and Jackson from the Pistons will garner a lot of ownership but for good reason. They will be asked to play big minutes and take on a ton of usage for a short-handed Pistons team. Bey in particular is very safe since he would get blowout run if this game got out of hand.
