Value is mainly determined by two things: injury news or lazy pricing. A player could be underpriced because salaries came before injury news. A site can also be lazy and not raise the price of a player who has been playing way above their price and getting the minutes to prove it’s sustainable.
If you are familiar with NBA DFS you know the best value could open up minutes before the slate locks. So, make sure to check back later in the day, the best value plays for the slate may change depending on if we get injury news we were not expecting or that we were waiting for all day. I will be providing an update at the bottom of the article if there is a need for it. There will be times we receive news less than an hour before lock, that is where it is vital to join our discord for free. I. Hartenstein $3700
Even with Love playing I still love this play especially because Love is on a minutes limit and the Cavs just have no one else in their line to play Center minutes for them. Hartenstein racked up 14.0 rebounds in 26 minutes with 5 fouls and had 35 DK points in their last outing against the Utah Jazz. Now he gets a tough matchup against the 76ers but he is just too cheap to pass up. Someone getting close to 30 minutes as a starting center this cheap should be a staple of your lines most nights.
K. Lewis Jr $3700
If you missed the news, the Pelicans will be without Zion Williamson, Brandon Ingram, and Lonzo Ball tonight against the Orlando Magic. This leaves every position thin for the Pelicans. Lewis has already been showing flashes of great backup point guard play behind Ball and now he should see an increase in usage and minutes tonight. Lewis averages a little over a DK point per minute for the Pelicans and with him potentially seeing over 25 minutes tonight he should help fit studs in your lineup at way too cheap of a price with all the injuries.
