Joey’s Monkey Knife Fight Plays Tuesday April 2nd

Welcome Back grinders we have another addition of my Monkey Knife Fight Plays article. We had a rough day yesterday of bubbles and Injuries but we are back to kill this nice Tuesday slate.

Rajon Rondo OVER 8.5 assists: We have a nice prop to take advantage here. Rondo has been jumped right back into primary ball handler for this team with all these injuries and has been loving it. Since Brandon Ingram has been shut down for the season Rondo has 9+ assists in all but one game when he logs more than 30 minutes of game time. With Lebron also shut down for the season and Kuzma questionable or this game he should easily see 30+ minutes again here. Rondo gets one of the highest paced teams in the league, The Thunder, who is allowing the 10th most assists per game to PGs with 8.41. The news of Kuz shouldn’t influence the assists numbers for Rondo he has similar numbers with and without him on the court.

 

Buddy Hield OVER 20.5 scoring prop: It’s a small slate so this I’m not as confident in these as I am on other days, but this seems like a very nice over. They have played Houston 3 times this season and in all 3 games he has 20 or more points. He gets the defensive matchup vs James Harden who focuses more on offense than defense leaving his matchups easy points. Buddy has put up 17 or 18 shots in each of the 3 games meaning if he shoots over 40% from the field then 7-8 FGs on 2+ 3s adding in 4-6 FTs henormally gets it should add up nicely to 20+ points.

MY only concern was that Bagley was feeling ill so won’t have the same hustle as normal to grab the rebounds.
