Joey’s Monkey Knife Fight Plays Monday March 25th

Hey Grinders welcome back to my Monkey Knife Fight Plays. It’s been a nice relaxing week off for vacation but it’s back to the old grindstone. Of course we have a crappy 4 game slate to welcome me back but we should be able to find some nice plays to get us back on track.

Favorite Plays

Rudy Gobert OVER 13.5 Rebounding Prop: This game could easily turn into a blowout but the matchup is just too sweet to pass up. The Suns are the worst rebounding team in the league with their rebounding % of only 46.5% which is dead last. In 2 games against the Suns he was able to rack up 32 minutes and 20 and 12 rebounding performances. Blowouts do help Gobert the missed shots lead to a lot of rebounding opportunities especially in the first half when he will get most of his run. the is a 6.5 rebounding prop in the first half that I love without the blowout risk.

Paul George UNDER 30.5 Points Prop: This prop just seems way too high in what should be a blowout and a nice rest spot for these guys. It’s currently only a 7 point spread but with Conley now questionable it should be a much bigger spread once he is ruled out. Last time these 2 played OKC won by only 4 with both Conley and PG13 out. The Griz play at the slowest pace in the league by a lot leading to less opportunities to score. With Gasol gone they have been playing at a little higher pace but not enough to bump them out of the bottom 2 and for my to worry about it.

DJ Augustin OVER 5.5 assists Prop: This prop is just way too low. Since Briscoe has gone down with his Injury Augustin just gets extra run at PG to rack up the assists. They never see the court together so that this injury really allows DJ to get just enough minutes to easily get the assists needed to blow past this props with ease. In 6 straight games since Briscoe’s injury he has gone over 5.5 every time. It’s not that Briscoe is a good players it’s all about the minutes that he takes away from Augustin. More minutes equals more stats.
