Joey’s Monkey Knife Fight Plays Monday April 1st

Welcome Back grinders we have another addition of my Monkey Knife Fight Plays article. We had a rough day yesterday of bubbles and Injuries but we are back to kill this nice Monday slate.

Not enough time for me to write my article recap but we had a rough Sunday. I usually play less on Sundays especially late in the season. Freebee also missed because of the JVal injury where he will be probably shut down the rest of the season.

Favorite Plays

Devin Booker OVER 28.5 points: I’ve never really been so sure of a pick this season. After the game in Memphis when Booker couldn’t get that final basket to reach 50 points that man walked off the floor extremely pissed; right then and there I told myself I will comfortably taking the over up to 39.5 points. What Devin Booker is doing offensively is rivaling what Jame Harden was doing earlier and arguable Booker has had one of the best shooting performances over a 3 game stretch then any other guard in NBA history or at least for a very long time. He is shooting 62% from the floor to go along with 32/35 from the FT line over his last 3 games taking close to 30 shots in each of those. He now has a matchup vs the the Cavs who are the one of the worst defensive teams in the league especially at the guard position. With the loss of Ayton I would think for the season (no word yet) Booker will continue to expose teams.

Damain Lillard OVER 26.5 points: You guys might hate me for adding Lillard again but I just have to go back to him again. Last game he let me down only because he started the game 1/11 from the field and 2 points in the first 20 minutes of the game. He still somehow finished with 24 points on 25 shots that’s the volume I love to see. He will shoot his way out of a slump and not hold back. He gets the Timberwovles today who are still minus Teague and Rose so he gets Tyus Jones who is graded out as one of the worst defensive PGs in the league. This should be an easy bounce back spot for him to get back to scoring big as they make their push for as high a seed as possible in the west. This I believe will be the last game without McCullum so I want to get in on Dame when I still have time.
