Power Play
Rui Hachimura has been locked into big minutes because of injuries to the Washington Wizards. He has played 38+ minutes in each of his last 3 games. In those games, he’s averaging 24.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.0 steal (38.3 fantasy points) in 39.3 minutes per game. Overall, Hachimura is averaging 0.88 fantasy points per minute on the season. He’ll be locked into 35+ minutes once again tonight. Hachimura gets a solid matchup against the Miami Heat in a game that should be relatively fast paced. This total is based around his role prior to the injury to Thomas Bryant, and it’s far too low for his upside tonight.
D’Angelo Russell return from injury in his last game, playing only 24 minutes. He scored 18 points with 2 rebounds and 2 assists (21.4 fantasy points). He will continue to see limited minutes as the Golden State Warriors slowly work him back into a potential full workload. Their season is somewhat lost, and they don’t gain anything from playing Russell big minutes. This is similar to the situation with Draymond Green. Russell gets a solid matchup against the Chicago Bulls, but he could continue to struggle in limited minutes. While he does come with the potential to exceed value in 20-25 minutes, the under is significantly more likely for Russell tonight.
Play 1 unit on Rui Hachimura OVER 29 fantasy points and D’Angelo Russell UNDER 32.5 fantasy points to win 2.5 units (2.5x)
