Over Under 2/2 – Detroit Pistons/Cleveland Cavaliers
Jordan Clarkson has been an extremely inconsistent player throughout the season. That has been the case recently, as well. He’s averaging 15.7 points on 13.7 shot attempts, 6.8 three-point attempts, and 2.7 free throw attempts per game over his last six games. He has also scored 17 or fewer points in five of those contests. He gets a matchup against the Detroit Pistons, who he is averaging 15.0 points per game against this season, although he’s also averaging only 23.1 minutes per game in those contests. Still, Clarkson was an efficient scorer in those games, which hasn’t been the case recently, and his inefficiency should continue tonight. Zaza Pachulia has seen extremely limited playing time recently, and his numbers have suffered. He’s averaging 2.6 rebounds in 10.0 minutes per game over his last 14 games. He has also posted less than five rebounds in 11 of those 14 games. He’s only expected to see around 10 minutes once again tonight, and there’s no reason to believe he’ll be overly efficient.
Play $50 on Jordan Clarkson UNDER 17.5 points and Zaza Pachulia UNDER 4.5 rebounds to win $129.50 (2.59x)
Over Under 2/2 – New York Knicks/Toronto Raptors
Pascal Siakam has been an inconsistent scorer throughout the season, and that has been the case recently. Still, this is a matchup play. He’s averaging 16.5 points in 30.4 minutes per game against the New York Knicks. His numbers were relatively inefficient in those games, though. Furthermore, Siakam is shooting 46.1% from beyond the arc at home this season, and he could see a few extra points from that. As if that isn’t reason enough, Serge Ibaka is suspended, meaning Siakam will be locked into major minutes. Damyean Dotson’s numbers aren’t as sure-fire, but he’s averaging 3.2 assists per game over his last nine games. He has posted three or more assists in six of those games, though. More importantly, Dotson has played 35+ minutes in each of his last four games, and he’s expected to see that again tonight. For more than 2x on this play, the over for Dotson looks outstanding.
Play $50 on Pascal Siakam OVER 16.5 points and Damyean Dotson OVER 2.5 assists to win $115.50 (2.31x)
Over Under 2/2 – Miami Heat/Oklahoma City Thunder
Paul George was struggling a bit in terms of scoring since returning from injury, but he finally looks back to form. He has scored 36 and 29 points in his last two games. Russell Westbrook has been suspended tonight, which means George is going to play an even larger role in the offense. In his only matchup against the Miami Heat this season, he posted 43 points in 35.3 minutes. George will be locked into arguably the biggest role on this slate, and he should find 30+ points tonight. Josh Richardson isn’t an elite shooter, which is why this prop is a bit surprising. Over his last 15 games, he’s averaging 1.5 three-pointers made on 5.6 three-point attempts per game. He has also posted two or fewer three-pointers made in 12 of those games. This prop seems to be based more around his attempts rather than his makes. I simply don’t expect his shooting to drastically improve tonight.
Play $50 on Paul George OVER 28.5 points and Josh Richardson UNDER 2.5 three-pointers made to win $122 (2.44x)
