AP’S CORE 5
POINT GUARD – Tomas Satoransky, PG/SG, 5,800 -> Satoransky is simply under priced and we have seen him continuously thrive in these fast game environments. His best fantasy outings have come against; Bucks x2, Warriors, Hawks x3, Clippers, & Spurs. . . all teams who don’t mind pushing the pace.
GPP Pivot -> Chris Paul, PG, 7,100
SHOOTING GUARD – Jeremy Lamb, SG/SF, 5,800 -> With Zeller, Marvin & MKG OFF the court, Lamb should slide into the starting lineup AND he sees a significant usage and fantasy point per minute bump. The best part about this play is Lamb’s box score game logs are quite volatile. This will lower his ownership, despite being one of the best ‘values’ on this slate.
GPP Pivot – Donovan Mitchell, PG/SG, 8,400
SMALL FORWARD – Paul George, SF/PF, 9,500 -> PG13 has absolutely torched the Jazz this year. His lowest DK point total against them is 49 points, which is more than 5x his current salary. In my opinion, all of this ‘concern about him coming off his injury’ is just going to reduce his ownership a little bit. Lock him in at this crazy low discount we are getting, his price will be back above 10k real soon.
GPP Pivot -> Bogdan Bogdanovic, SG/SF, 5,500
POWER FORWARD – Bobby Portis, PF/C, 5,900 -> Portis has been on a tear recently putting up 40+ fantasy points in 3 out of his last 4 games. This is a dream matchup for Bobby and he should be able to rack up raw points and plenty of peripheral stats to pay off his cheap price tag.
GPP Pivot-> Kevin Love, PF/C, 7,700
CENTER – Jarrett Allen, C, 4,800 -> The last four times Allen has faced Detroit he has put up 26, 39, 28 and 46 DraftKings points. Allen is one of my sneaky value plays that has a solid floor with 7 to 9x upside. While all eyes are on Drummond, who I absolutely love as well, Allen will give us salary relief to help us spend up elsewhere.
