Slate Thoughts:
- Pretty tough Coors slate here. I’m pretty much set on Castillo but finding the Sp2 while fitting in the bats from Coors is going to be tough. I personally don’t have a set SP2 yet but if you want to sacrifice some bats, Minor is in a great spot at a semi-decent price.
- I’m going to keep this article short because there is quite a few ways to go about this slate- here are my favorite stacks:
- Chicago White Sox- Bubic has never gone higher than Double A, but he is a strong lefty that led the minors in strike outs last season. I expect him to get some Ks today but give up 5+ runs as well vs the White Sox righty dominant lineup.
- Coors: This should be a fun game. Jon Gray displayed some command issues last start and didn’t seem very happy while Garrett Richards had an amazing start. This should be a high scoring affair as we get our first Coors slate of the year.
