Welcome to another MLB DFS Game Theory for the 2021 season! This year we have a good amount of overlap between the NBA & MLB season, so there is lots of money to be made. This article will highlight my top plays at each position, and in the analysis portion of the article, we will highlight my top pitchers and stacks for the day.
Top Pitchers:
I want 100% Shane Bieber and Carlos Rodon today. On FD, I will prioritize Bieber but on DK I will definitely have both. Although I am prioritizing Bieber, it is nice to have that $1500 in savings on FanDuel, so that will definitely be my GPP approach. When it comes to DK, I will fit both of them in and try to punt elsewhere to make it work, but it shouldn’t be too hard when there are 11 games on the slate. Another potential one off pitcher would be Robbie Ray, but if I am paying that much for Ray, might as well go Rodon in that price range. My top stacks of the day include the MIL Brewers, I love Dan Vogelbach for value along with Luis Urias. Another top stack I like today is the Miami Marlins RIGHTIES in Adam Duvall and Jesus Aguilar. Lastly, I want to fit in the CLE Indians value in Cesar Hernandez and Amed Rosario as well, if they are 1-2 in the order.
