Harper enters this game with a 48% hard hit to go along with a 96 MPH exit velocity over the last 15 days. He boasts a career .393 wOBA and a .251 ISO against right-handed pitching, and he gets a plus matchup against Taylor Clarke tonight. Harper is hitting second in the Philadelphia Phillies lineup, and he makes one of the best options on the slate entire.
