The total is a bit lower, but the play remains the same. The Colorado Rockies get an elite matchup against Dario Agrazal, who enters this game with a 6.38 xFIP and a 5.84 SIERA through 10 games (9 starts). He has been at his worst against right-handed batters, allowing them to hit for a .302 average with a .500 slugging percentage and a .360 wOBA. He has held left-handed batters to a .217/.446/.323 line in 2019, but he’s due for massive regression against lefties this season. Charlie Blackmon has been playing at an elite level in Colorado, where he has posted a .400 average with a .787 slugging percentage and a 1.239 OPS through 52 games. He boasts 43 extra-base hits (19 home runs) in those games, as well. Blackmon possesses 42% hard hit and 46% fly ball rates to go along with a 93 MPH exit velocity over the last 15 days. He brings 0.024 wOBA and 0.008 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching, as well. Trevor Story has been better against left-handed pitching, but he still owns impressive numbers against right-handed pitching this season. Similarly to Blackmon, Story has been at his best in Colorado, where he has posted a .337 average with a .671 slugging percentage and a 1.078 OPS through 61 games. He boasts 39 extra-base hits (19 home runs) in those games, as well. Story only owns 35% hard hit and 28% fly ball rates with a 91 MPH exit velocity over the last 15 days, but I expect him to find success at home tonight. Antonio Senzatela will be taking the mound for Colorado. He has posted a 5.28 xFIP and a 5.75 SIERA this season. He has been at his worst against left-handed batters, allowing them to hit for a .344 average with a .543 slugging percentage and a .404 wOBA. He has given up a .303/.483/.357 line at home in 2019, as well. Reynolds has caught fire recently, as he’s hitting for a .350 average with a .525 slugging percentage and a .911 OPS over his last 10 games. He owns four extra-base hits (one home run) in those games. Surprisingly, he only boasts 30% hard hit and 27% fly ball rates with a 91 MPH exit velocity over the last 15 days. Still, Reynolds brings 0.082 wOBA and 0.035 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching into this game.
