Welcome to another MLB DFS Game Theory for the 2021 Season! This year we have a good amount of overlap between the NBA & MLB season, so lots of money to be made. This article will highlight my top plays at each position, and in the analysis portion of the article, we will highlight my top pitchers and stacks for the day.

Today’s pitching features two clear cut options for me. The two clear cut options come from this MIL/MIA game as the two pitchers on the mound have been stellar this year. Burnes is arguably one of the top 5 pitchers in the game this season. He has looked phenomenal and faces this MIA team who presents a great matchup. The only issue here is that we might not get the “W” bonus for Burnes due to the Brewers weak lineup. On the other side we have Trevor Rogers who has been stellar himself. The Brewers lineup like stated before is weak as they deal with injuries. I want one of these pitchers for cash games tonight. I think Burnes is safer for cash games.

Top Stacks:

Athletics- I love this team as one of my top stacks, I want the righties here- Chapman, Laureano, Canha and Lowrie. I don’t mind going in on 2-3 today and pairing them with the Yankees who are my other top stack.  I think that the upside here is pretty nice as well. Rich Hill has given up four runs in every start this season.

Yankees- Matt Harvey on the mound for the Orioles. I don’t think more needs to be said. Get as many Yankees as you can, Odor is cleaning up at a pretty nice price point, I think you have to jam in as many Yankees as salary permits today. Have one of Judge/Stanton, or both, and round out your lineup with LeMahieu, Odor (MUST) and possibly Urshela or Torres.

Good luck!
